Michael joined Time2Scale in February 2024, first as an Interim Manager, then as a Partner. With 15 years of experience in finance, M&A and restructuring, he is an expert in recruiting financial functions and in strategic support for companies in growth or crisis.

A graduate of École Centrale Paris, HEC Entrepreneurs, and Polytechnique Madrid, he started his career as a business buyer at the bar of the court before co-founding Bird Office (now Kactus), a key player in the organization of B2B seminars in Europe.

Michael now supports SMEs and ETIs in their structuring, transformation and crisis management, providing solutions with high added value.
